GnuWin32 bug? - comparing files over 48 megs

Hi,

Is there a limit to how big the comparison files can be. I'm running a diff on 
my registry backup file and all I get is that they differ, but no other output, 
the file is about 48 Megs.


C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents>diff sep1 sep2
Files sep1 and sep2 differ

C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents>

ps. unless there are some weird characters in the registry backup file that 
make the diff confused
