Thank you for reporting this. Problems in the translations are handled by
the translation team. It is not wrong to write to the bug reporting address
for the package, but you can more directly write to the Spanish translation
team. You get its address from the translated message catalog file, in
your case probably installed in /usr/share/locale/es/LC_MESSAGES/diffutils.mo .
Like this:
  $ msgunfmt /usr/share/locale/es/LC_MESSAGES/diffutils.mo | head
This should show two email addresses, where to write.
