The file is invalid: It does not mention the argument number (represented
by %d) in msgstr[0]. Recall that msgstr[0] applies to all values n for which
the plural formula returns 0, these are 1, 21, 31, ..., 91, 101, 121, ...
- whereas msgstr[0] says "It remained to pass 1 more".
