[gawk] doc bug: concatenation

Hello,
the gawk manual saysi, in the node Concatenation:

  For example, the following code fragment does not concatenate `file'
  and `name' as you might expect:
     file = "file"
     name = "name"
     print "something meaningful" > file name

This is no longer true, current gawk writes to "filename".
But portable awk scripts cannot use this, of course.
