Feature request: Support for Microsoft C# compiler in gettext

I'm interested in using gettext as part of
a Microsoft Windows C# .Net project.

In GNU gettext 0.14.5, in csharpcomp.c,
there is support for the pnet/mono/sscli
compilers(cssc/msc/csc).

I've tried running msgfmt.exe using the
Microsoft Visual C# Command Line Compiler
(it's named csc.exe) that is installed with
the .Net Framework, but it doesn't work due
to the format of the commandline options.

Would it be possible to add support for the
MS compiler, so that Windows users who have
the .Net Framework installed could make use
of the MS C# compiler with gettext?
