make pdf fails for gawk 3.1.5

make pdf isn't documented, but should work.

Doing make pdf with fedora3 + some newer stuff:
Error: pdfetex (file rflashlight.pdf): cannot find image file
 ==> Fatal error occurred, the output PDF file is not finished!
/usr/gnu/texinfo/bin/texi2dvi: pdfetex exited with bad status, quitting.
/usr/gnu/texinfo/bin/texi2dvi: see gawk.log for errors.
make[1]: *** [gawk.pdf] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/obj/gnu/gawk-3.1.5-links/doc'
make: *** [pdf-recursive] Error 1

I needed to use epstopdf to convert the .eps files to .ps.

Also, make clean doesn't remove the generated pdfs...

Not sure how automake handles these things...nothing special in Makefile.am
is done for pdfs, but it seems to work..
