Bug report: msgfmt -c doesn't fail for some incorrect C format plural fo

Subject: Bug report: msgfmt -c doesn't fail for some incorrect C format plural forms (second try)

Please consider the attached .po file.

What is actually displayed after running "msgfmt -cv" on the attached
file is:
1 translated message.

But I expect some error message similar to the following:
fa.po:15: number of format specifications in 'msgid' and 'msgstr[0]'
does not match
msgfmt: found 1 fatal error

The reason for the expected error is that the translation string misses
the C format specifier.

Version of msgfmt is:

$ msgfmt --version
msgfmt (GNU gettext-tools) 0.14.5

$ rpm -qf `which msgfmt`

Attachment: fa.po
