WindRes.exe does not support Long path names...

On Windows, If WindRes.exe is installed in the C:\Program Files\compiler\ 
directory and the Path environment variable is updated to point there. When 
WindRes.exe is used to compile and link a resource in some other directory, it 
fails with the following error...

Compiling resource soaos.res
'C:\Program' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
C:\Program Files\compiler\windres.exe: warning: preprocessor failed
C:\Program Files\compiler\windres.exe: no resources
