gettext 0.10.38 (??)

I have a question.  How do I obtain gettext 0.10.38 for HP?

I found what appears to be an incomplete ftp of 0.10.38 under a linuxpackages 
site (http://mirror2.etf.bg.ac.yu/linuxpackages/Slackware-7/gettext-0.10.38/), 
but it has no configure file to start the build. The site 
http://hpux.asknet.de/ftp/hpux/ had a GNU directory, but it had only gettext 
0.14.1.

Can you point me to any other sites?
