System library.

The program links normally.
The entire trouble was described many times for various gnu packages.
The first time for gettext in <address@hidden> posted to
<address@hidden> on Mon, 18 Jun 2001 08:50:35 (GMT) (will
resend on request). Why is there still no general solution?
