It goes to both Ken and Phil Nelson, who are apparently joint maintainers.

Ken, I changed your address in the GNU aliases file to be
ken...at...explicate...dot...org.  Ok?  

Also, I wonder about including bug-gnu-utils in the bug-dc definition,
to get an archive, etc.  Ken, Phil, would that be ok?

    2) remark: <string.h> needs to be #included in both getopt.c 
    (strcmp, strncmp, strlen) and number.c (memset, memcpy, strlen).

As for getopt, I would hope that getting the latest copy from gnulib (on
savannah) or elsewhere would solve it, for the next release.
