I'm running into a problem gunzipping a oracle export file created on a hpux11 server. I'm running the gunzip on an aix4.3 server and get a error "File too large" . Version is 1.2.4 on both boxes. The gunzip will run for a while and I can see it is creating a file over 2gb, the file is actually larger than what gunzip -l shows - 1.5gb. Shouldn't gunzip work ok between different os's? It seems ok on a small file. Thanks in advance!
