Dear Director

I was the environmental  supervisor  in charge of all seven inspectors for
environmental control during the building of one of the world's longest
pipelines. (The Gasyrg Rio Grande 32"diameter pipeline of 430km length ,
with 7 directional drillings).

In this (Petrobras) project I  was also the supervisor  of all
environmental and HDD aspects working with  Petrobras and Bureau Veritas
Standards, reporting directly to the Head of QA/QC.

I am a French engineer with 4 spoken and written languages, and I have
verywide experience in operations . I have also worked in several countries
thatwere experiencing economic crisis or civil war, and I am happy to
relocate to any such place for short, medium or long term contracts, as I
am single.I am looking for further opportunities  in developing countries,
including Africa, or developed nations in the Middle East - or indeed
anywhere which requires a manager with my capabilities and experience.

I have a wide experience in soil decontamination, including personally
developed technology to remediate heavily contaminated earth into
agricultural soil (before and after photos, showing the crops 5 months
after the start of decontamination are available for download on request.
Thetechnology has been officially verified in Bolivia.

I am qualified in emergency oil spills response, potable water
decontamination and emergency soil decontamination.
