Thank you for your order.  

All orders are shipped one to three days after they are received.  Please allow 
around 7 days to receive your order. 

Orders which are shipped via the post office are mailed certified mail or 
priority mail.  

Certified mail means you have to sign for the package in order to receive it.  

If you selected to have your package mailed and you do not receive it within 
the "7 day time period", please check with your post office to make sure they 
are not holding it at the post office for you.  If it is not at the post 
office, please contact us.
