The first and foremost requirement is that you have a copyright
assignment on file with the FSF for the port you are going to
contribute (plus any other files/projects that you might want to
change). Please use the form below to start this copyright assignment
process.

For the components you should communicate with the lists mentioned in
the top level source file: MAINTAINERS. For example changes to the
binutils directories (ld, bfd, gas, binutils, opcodes. etc) should be
sent to address@hidden

When contributing your port, please bear the following in mind:

Please try to follow the GNU Coding conventions.

Please try to make sure that your port builds and runs.

Please try to make sure that a toolchain configured with
"--enable-targets=all" builds and runs after applying your
  patches.

Please try to include testsuite(s) for you port so that its
functioning can continue to be verified over time. Also please try
to make sure that your port does not produce any/not-too-many
unexpected failures in the current testsuites.

Please try to include patches to the documentation files describing
your new port. For binutils this would be gas/doc/* and
ld/ld.texinfo. Please also include an entry for the relevant NEWS
  files (eg gas/NEWS).

Cheers
        Nick
