Hi,
POSIX:2001 specifies a utility called "pax" that promises to be a good
interchange format for files whose names contain non-ASCII characters.
What's the status of it in GNU? The older paxutils-2.4h from Francois
Pinard has a "pax" but without i18n feature. The newer tar-1.13.25 has
no "pax" at all.
