grep-2.5a -- a minimal fix

Hello all,
        I've created grep-2.5a tarball, which is grep-2.5 with
minimal fixes (chmod +x tests/*.sh, the failing bre test fixed).

The tarball (both gzipped and bzip2ed) is available from
        http://www.math.cas.cz/~kasal/sw/gnu/grep/

I'd like to ask anyone who can push this to ftp.gnu.org for help.

Or please give me hints whom should I contact to put this to ftp.gnu.org.
