gettext: msgmerge feature requests

Two enhancement proposals:

1. New option to prevent msgmerge from creating new fuzzy entries.  If
   no exact match is found, leave the translation empty.
   That's for user convenience.  You can achieve the requested feature
   using a weird combination of exiting commands.

2. New option to mark all messages imported from a compendium (via
   --compendium) as fuzzy.  Or mark them with a new flag
   ("from-compendium"?).
   Maybe, this second proposal were already rejected, because a
   combination of available command can do the job--but I'm not sure.
