did gnu tar successfully backup this open file or should we have also a problem to restore that changed files

./usr/local/bin/tar: /user1/oracle/oracle_data/DEV817/control01.ctl: file changed as we read it

./usr/local/bin/tar: /user1/oracle/oracle_data/DEV817/rollback_01.dbf: file changed as we read it
