hi,

I improved the plotcompat.h header from plotutils/libplot (see
attachment): the distributed version does not protect macro arguments
sufficiently, and it breaks function pointers (even though all the
macros it defines are wrappers around functions that take exactly the
same arguments).
I just removed all the arguments from the macro definitions; this also
makes it readable and probably makes preprocessing of modules that
include it faster.
