Import dejagnu files from subversions.

Hi Guys,

  I am attempting to synchronize the dejagnu files in the binutils
  repository with the files in the master dejagnu repository.  As part
  of this I am importing the following new files into binutils.

        * config.sub: New file.
        * dejagnu.h: New file.
        * missing: New file
        * redhat: New directory.
        * redhat/dejagnu.spec: New file.
        * debian: New file.
        * debian/ChangeLog: New file.
        * debian/conffiles : New file.
        * debian/control : New file.
        * debian/copyright : New file.
        * debian/postinst : New file.
        * debian/preinst : New file.
        * debian/rules : New file.
        * debian/site.exp : New file.
