Again, the TP is not about political matters. My personal
understanding of this conflict is that it is not, primarily, about
languages; rather, it is which cultural group controls industry and
military, etc.
So if some speakers of a different dialect approach us and want to
create a *different* team, that would be no problem. Also, it would be
no problem if they then decide to copy parts of the existing
translations into their team (or transcode them somehow).
The problem only occurs when they both wanted to use the same team
code. Fortunately, this hasn't happened.
