TAR bug

Hi,

 

I'm using GNU tar 1.13.19 in a Cygwin bash shell (v2.05a) on Windows.  It appears the "--exclude-from=FILE" option no longer works.  I had been using a previous version of tar and had this all set up and it worked fine.  But now, the option fails to exclude any files from my created archive.
