Minor problems in Grep 2.5.1

I have a few minor problems to report about this pretest:

  - The `doc' directory doesn't include grep.info, only grep.texi.  I
    believe GNU standards require that the Info files be included.

  - There are stray .cvsignore files in the tarball.

  - There's an empty src/posix/ directory.

  - The directory autom4te-2.53.cache seems to be a left-over from
    Autoconf runs, not something that should be in the tarball.

  - The directory djgpp/ is empty.
