ed, dc: no readline command editing yet

In bc I can use the [readline] emacs keys to recall last command
[C-p] etc.  In ed I can't.  Please enhance ed, and dc too, while
you're at it.

By the way, in the bc man page it says:

    It also allows for a history of previous lines typed.

One can't tell if he's actually talking about lines from previous
sessions, so maybe say:

    It also allows for a history of lines typed from previous
    sessions.

or something like that, unless it doesn't mean that.
