I discovered that ls -l has no way to specify that you want the months
in numeric format, without say, resorting to the locale stuff. Maybe
the date +% shebazz is needed here as a new feature... anyways, sure,
I get what I want when the LC stuff is zh_TW.Big5, but what locale
shall I specify that will work on most anybody's machine, that will
also give me 01 02 ... month names?
