$ wget --help|grep Y
-Y, --proxy=on/off turn proxy on or off.
it is not clear that one should use -Y off and not -Y=off . Same with
a lot of other items on --help.
also there are --http-user, --http-passwd but no --ftp-user,
--ftp-passwd . one must use the URL syntax.
