GetText and XGetText for GNU Pascal

Hi Folks!

As an addition to xgettext, there is a `pas2po' available
for GNU Pascal. Furthermore, we do have a unit (kind of
library) named `inter' (gettext and libintl).

The download-address is:

It is just a notice. Maybe, you could distribute this
information in `gettext.texi'
