binutils-20011107 patch for c4x support

hello everyone, i took the liberty of patching the latest snapshot of binutils
which is 20011105 with the c4x patches of Michael Hayes. i could not get
in contact with him because their email seems to keep on bouncing. 

attached is the c4x patch for binutils. hope it will be useful.
