Uh oh. I've seen this error before, when I had a buggy ld.so during
hppa-linux development. That's not to say you have hit a bug in the
dynamic linker in this case. It's more likely that the linker is doing
something wrong. :-( Anyway, glibc ld.so has a number of environment
vars you can set to aid debugging. You might like to try some of them,
eg. LD_BIND_NOW.
