Bug in GDBM Installation

There are two bugs in the GDBM Installation:
1) It silently ignores the --prefix=blah configure arugment
2) It assumes that it is going to find makeinfo in the path, and the
install target fails if it cannot find makeinfo.

Attached you should find a patch that addresses these issues.
