When files are being copied (using tar) from disk to tape, the following error is reported.

Errror file changed as we read it
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors
********************************************************
The reason for this may be that i am updating the files when copying data files to tape. So, do you think we cannot copy files when they are being updated. Is there a way i can copy files when they are being updated.
