dear helpful,
i am having difficulty executing the following...
sed $a\chicken temp
i am interpreting the above command as; the word "chicken" will be appended
to the end of the file 'temp'...
except, this is what i get when i perform the command
sed: -e expression #1, char 2: Extra characters after command
any assistance will greatly be appreciated,
