The cause for this trouble is: for quite some time translations were not
forwarded to new gettext maintainer (Bruno Haible).  Fixed approx. 2
weeks ago.

It would work best for the moment if all gettext translators would sent
their translations to the robot once again -- ideally, update to the
most version 0.10.38 ;)

Yes, as recommended in the gettext manual.

According to the registry file he isn't responsible for gettext's ja.po
-- I'll wait for clarification from the Japanese team.
