Plotutils-2.4.1 Bug Report

     I am sending this Bug Report since I am unable to complete the
installation of the 
plotutils-2.4.1 graphing package.  An error occurs in Make, in the libplot
directory, for the file g_range.c

     Mostly following http://gcc.gnu.org/bugs.html
<http://gcc.gnu.org/bugs.html> ,  I have included some information about the
problem.  The information is in an attachment to this e-mail.  This is the
first bug report I have submitted to GNU.
