I like the general idea, but not that particular option name.  GNU
fileutils 'cp' is already using "-R" or "--recursive" for the behavior
that you're using "-D" or "--devices" for.  This is for conformance to
POSIX, I think.  GNU grep should use option names that are consistent
with GNU cp.  This may require changing the semantics of "grep
--recursive", but that's OK.
