signal error (resend)

hello
your diff util sounds like something i've waited a long time for, but when i
tried to output the results to a file i get "signal error". i'm rather sure
the input wasnt bad, i used a standard text file. actually, i used several
text files but i always get the error. i'm using japanese windows, is that a
problem? you may have figured out already that i'm using japanese windows
because I'll bet that my last email was unreadable (i forgot to change the
encoding, sorry)
