Fellows, I'm sitting here in emacs's dired of ~. All my .dot files
are occupying the first few screens of my output. yuck. But wait, I
don't want a plain ls -l, I just want them to come after the regular
files. And don't tell me to do an ls -arl, ok? I also want
alphabetical order. Therefore, ls needs a new switch,
two, in fact. Descriptions:
Same as ls -a, but put hidden [dot] files at end of listing.
Same as ls -A, but put hidden [dot] files at end of listing.
By the way, Window$ directory explorer can clump directories on top or
on bottom of listing. I don't see switches to accomplish this in the
man page here for ls (GNU fileutils) 4.0p
