Details:

openSUSE Factory officialy contains latest stable PSPP 1.2.0. See project:
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Factory/pspp

openSUSE Factory recently upgraded to GCC10. PSPP now fails to build, see
lines below and attachment
