PSPP-BUG: Trying to obtain code for pspp sometimes direct to strange website

Dear friends at PSPP,

I highly appreciate the efforts you've put in creating PSPP - thanks for that! 
Unfortunately, it seems that clicking on the link titled 
"http://ftpmirror.gnu.org/pspp."; in the "Source" section of the website 
sometimes redirects to a valid mirror site, while sometimes a strange 
commercial "Gutscheinrausch not found" website is shown (see the attached 
screenshot).

This is very irritating and I would welcome it if you could fix that - thanks! 
Is it possible that one of the german mirrors is not valid anymore and was 
taken over by some domaingrabber or something?
