Hello

I attach a patch file that should fix the problem.

The error is something like "cannot find file c:\documents" while the path it
should open is something like 'c:\document and
settings\rms\gpl3_statistics.sav'.

Solution: 

The registry entries must contain double quotes around the placeholder for the
files path to open:

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\PSPP System File\Shell\Open\Command]
@="C:\\Programme\\PSPP\\bin\\PSPPIRE.exe \"%1\""

Hope to find the fix in the next release, T.
