I'm not really happy with how the variable descriptions are displayed.
It is pretty ad hoc.  It would be better to display them in the same way
they appear in the output window for, e.g. DISPLAY DICTIONARY.  I'm
working on that.

I think I'll do this, or perhaps use different dialogs.
