Details:

It is a good idea to use the Tango color palette to represent color of the
data in charts produced by PSPP. The color palette Tango is a standard for
many free software projects.

This grant would help improve consistency and elegance to charts created with
PSPP.

Limitations: The Tango color palette is limited to 27 colors RGB.
