What I am trying to say is: What would happen if the output is in html and the output viewer is in fact a dedicated simple html browser. That might solve the copy/paset issues around the output and maybe some other issues.
 
It is good, both LibreOffice and MS Office, agree to use tables in HTML, however, as mentioned above, there is an error in  PSPP(windows version), in which tables can only be copied in plain text format or unicode text (tested on LibreOffice and MS Office), and on the contrary if it works using Linux.

I know. But as long as noboddy knows what to fix the problem will exist.

If I'm not mistaken, you compile the windows version of PSPP. I ask you please do some tests, maybe you can identify the cause of the problem.

I am willing to test but have really no idea what to test. Also I don have the skills to debug PSPP.  If somebody out there has the skills to provide a patch I am willing to build a test version and see what happens.
