Dear Ben,

>From a search engine optimization standpoint, it can make a big
difference and help people to find answers to their questions faster
if you also list the languages available thus far on the home page.
Otherwise, searching Statistics Package along with their language of
choice will bring up sites listing packages that mention that language
of choice with some other package and do not list it with PSPP. They
will not have the stamina to wade through many pages of hits to
discover that PSPP is also available in French or whatever language
they want.

Please reconsider making the language section on the home page say
something like:

Available in a number of languages, including [list goes here]. For
a more up to date list of available languages, go to http://[address
goes here].

People hunting will find you faster, and it can enhance your search
engine ranking to do this. Adding those languages as keywords will be
good for everyone, even if it does get outdated.
