Details:

When I try to open help file (on Ubuntu), I got an error:
file:///usr/share/doc/pspp/pspp.xml does not exist.

However, file /usr/share/doc/pspp/pspp.html/index.html exists. Running
"gnome-help /usr/share/doc/pspp/pspp.html/index.html", opens help very easy.
