I suspect this is the same bug as #16644; it's a double free in the
tables code somewhere.

I think he means that the bug only shows up when he's NOT superuser.

Bug #16644 gave me the same result which intrigued me.  A brief
investigation however showed that that was because my home directory
is NFS mounted.  Therefore, PSPP cannot write a pspp.list file as
superuser, and therefore doesn't try to create a table.


As an aside, it's a bit of a concern that PSPP silently ignores its
inability to create the output file.  I think there should a warning
generated.
