GNU libiconv 1.18 will support it.
Note that hardly anyone will actually need it: GB18030-2022 is
merely a cleanup that gets rid of backward compatibility PUA mappings
for a few characters. Since existing versions of GNU libiconv
already implement these mappings in a sensible way (namely, through
slightly different mapping tables for the two conversion directions),
you can just continue to use GNU libiconv with GB18030-2005; it
works just fine.
