Hello,
Would you be interested in transliterating emojis?
Attached is a minimal patch I did to check I could figure it out. If you're
willing to implement it, I can complete the list.
Example:
$ echo "Hello GNU! ????" | /usr/local/bin/iconv -f UTF-8 -t
ISO-8859-1//TRANSLIT
Hello GNU! ;-)
