Hi Daiki,

The last libiconv release was in 2011. I'd like to make a new release, or
give you the opportunity to make a new release.

For my part, I'm done with the improvements:
* The UTF-8 converter now rejects surrogates and out-of-range code points.
* Added ISO-2022-JP-MS converter.
* Updated the CP1255 converter to map one more character.
* The functions now support strings longer than 2 GB.

There will be a new GB18030 revision "soon", but since I don't know its
schedule, I wouldn't want to wait for it.

Do you have any topics/features that should go into this release?

Bruno
